Our business started in 2001 by fixing bbq chicken for the first time for a family members birthday. We soon found ourselves fixing chicken every weekend for non-profit organizations to help them raise money. In 2005 we started catering. We saw our business slowly growing. Then in 2010 we bought our first concession trailer, that opened a new window of opportunities for us. This gave us the ability to go to different events and share our bbq. Four years later we already out grew the first trailer and upgraded to our new trailer today. Our catering business was still growing! We wondered where this road was going to lead us. In 2015 we had the opportunity to really expand the company. Our good friends at Creekside Plain & Fancy was ready to retire. They approached us about purchasing their place in Edinburg. So, we took the leap of faith and went to full time catering. We combined our bbq menu with their home cooking. Click on the menu tab to see the full line of food choices!
At our facility in Edinburg we have a banquet area to cater your event or you can simply just rent the room. The banquet area can accommodate up to 150 people. We can cater any event from Company Picnics to Birthday parties. However, if you simply just want to pick up your order- we offer all of our meats and sides to go. We are very reasonable with our prices and will accommodate to your every need! Message us for more information. We would be glad to work with you!
We set up at Tractor Supply in Woodstock on most Saturdays doing BBQ Chicken for non profit organizations. We will also be set up at several events this year with our concession trailer!
